Report a code

If a KeepQR code sent you somewhere harmful, please tell us. A person reviews every report, and we disable codes used for abuse.

Report codes that lead to phishing pages, scams, malware, or illegal content. Editable KeepQR codes start with go.keepqr.co.uk/ followed by seven letters and numbers. You can see the address in your phone's camera before you open it.

Static codes made with KeepQR don't pass through us, so we can't disable them. If a static code led somewhere harmful, report the website itself to the National Cyber Security Centre.
